"What I like most about the massage profession is helping the client to bring awareness to what may need attention in their body. As a therapist I facilitate healing for my clients while educating them to work with the innate healing present in every body, using a mind, body and spirit connection. All this with just my hands and a whole lot of heart."

Michelle loves to help expecting mothers to relax and ease muscle tension, including relief from sciatic, neck, low back, and leg pain. Massage can be helpful throughout your pregnancy!

Lymph drainage is a wonderful technique to use following the trauma of injury or surgery because it helps decrease swelling and inflammation, it is also calming and soothing to the nerves.

"I look forward to helping you relieve stress and pain in your muscles, strengthen your immune system and help you relax."

"When working with someone, I like to look at the whole person (the body, the mind and the spirit), to work holistically. I believe that our body, when given the right conditions, can and will heal itself. We just need to give the body a helping hand. That is where massage... bodywork and I come in, to help get the healing process going and to help you to know your body's needs."
