Bowen Therapy is a neuromuscular technique that helps rebalance the body's nervous system. By sending neurological signals into the brain it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (Rest & Digest), and reduces activity of the sympathetic nervous system(Fight or Flight), resulting in a deep relaxation response and promoting the release of physical, emotional, and energetic stress from the body. Pricing for Bowen is the same as for Relaxation massage which is $70 an hour.
