sessions of seated massage providing relaxation and rejuvenation for well deserving staff members. $1 per minute

Hot Stone Massage:
Various hot stones are placed on the body and are positioned to aid in a feeling of
warmth and relaxation during a session. The stones are then oiled and used to massage
the muscles, creating a relaxing and unique massage experience. (90 minutes - $100)
Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy:
Therapists utilize overhead bars for balance while using their feet to apply massage strokes. This allows for a well balanced and less invasive force to be used, creating a luxurious deep tissue massage. (60 minutes - $70)
Reflexology:
A technique utilizing pressure points found on the foot that refer benefits elsewhere in the body, resulting in a relaxing foot massage that benefits the
whole body. (30 minutes - $45)
Craniosacral Therapy:
Craniosacral therapists assist in facilitating change in areas of restriction where the cerebral tide-like motion is limited, confined, and immobilized. By using a gentle light touch, the fluids become more rhythmic and balanced, and the central nervous system is restored. Craniosacral therapy is helpful to those with nervous system disorders, motor-coordination impairments, attention deficit disorders, insomnia, and other issues. Gentleness and non-invasiveness are keys to treatment. (1 hour - $70)
Lymphatic Drainage:
Lymph drainage is a wonderful technique following the trauma of an injury or surgery. It helps to decrease swelling and inflammation; it has an extremely calming and soothing effect on the nerves.
