"What I like most about the massage profession is helping clients become aware of what may need attention in their body. As a therapist, I facilitate healing for my clients while educating them to work with the innate healing present in every body, using a mind-body-spirit connection. All this, with just my hands and a whole lot of heart."

"When working with someone, I like to look at the whole person—the body, mind and spirit—to work holistically. I believe that the body, when given the right conditions, can and will heal itself. We just need to give the body a helping hand. That is where massage, bodywork, and I come in to help start the healing process and help you know your body's needs."

In my practice, my role is to facilitate my clients’ innate need to live in authenticity and wholeness. I welcome the opportunity to assist them in creating a harmonious way of being."
